Type identifiers are as follows:
L – Craft Lodge
C – Chapter
M – Mark Lodge
R – RAM Lodge
Z – Other degrees
Example – Castle Lodge would be C06688 and Royal Clarence Chapter would be C00068
All the above served with buttered seasonal vegetables, broccoli, leek & cheddar gratin.
Please add in the number of Vegetarian or alternative choice (VAC's) persons and menu selections.
Please note that there is a £3.50 waitressing charge per person which is added to this price.
Changes to existing orders
Please Note any changes made 5 days or fewer before the dining date may not be accepted
Please Enter your Invoice number as has been emailed to you from 31 Park Street. The number will begin with"PS"
Please enter the new or existing number of diners. This will be used to calculate your invoices from both the caterers and 31 Park Street.
